Godwin I. Okafor
Executive Director
Godwin Okafor, MSHI, RHIA is a Health IT Professional linking information technology, business functions and healthcare to improve the quality and safety of patient care. He brings years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization to grow and succeed. He has served in a variety of volunteer roles including President, Board of Director, Advisory Board Member for non-profit organizations governing, setting strategy and maintaining fiscal oversight and fiduciary responsibility. His extensive volunteering experience demonstrates his passion and commitment to The Grace N Foundation Inc mission and vision.
Dr. Maxine C. Okafor
Program Director, Mental Health and Homeless Service
Dr. Maxine Okafor, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C joined The Grace N Foundation Inc with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Dr. Okafor’s medical specialty is dealing with patients across the lifespan, from children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Through prevention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of mental illness she makes sure she leaves her patient better than how she found them. As a Psychiatric & Family Nurse Practitioner, she has a passion to care for her clients with various mental disorders with the goal of reaching remission and maintaining the quality of life.
Joy C. Ikechukwu
Director of Communication and Community Engagement
Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few of the ways coworkers describe this invaluable member of our team. Joy Ikechukwu is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to come to work every single day. As certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she provides occupational therapy and physical rehabilitation to geriatric group and conducts education and counseling for families and caregivers of patients with neurological diagnosis.
Damian I. Okoroafor
Director of Operations and Planning
With us since our founding, Damian Okoroafor is one of our veteran team members. Currently, he is the CEO of D'Kings Men Media (DKM). An entrepreneur and a philanthropist, he enjoys volunteering and assisting the less privileges in the communities. A Computer Science Engineer, he brings years of experience and skills working in the information technology and services industry as a Technical Consultant and Business Development expertise.
